Birthday Parties

If you are looking for an external company to help make your child’s birthday party memorable, why not choose an I.G Sports Coaching Ltd party!

We have 4 exciting party packages on offer; Silver, Gold, Platinum & Football. Below is a brief summary of what each package includes.

Silver

  • Silver packages will be held at an alternative venue booked by yourself.
  • A coach will arrive to your chosen venue 15 minutes before the party starts.
  • The activities will run for 1 hour. We will stop half-way through for a drinks break.
  • There are two types of silver packages available: sport & alternative sport.
  • Depending on the party’s needs, either 1 or 2 coaches will host the party with either up to 15 or 30 children attending.
  • There are two types of gold packages available: Sport or Alternative Sports
      • The Sport package will involve coaches running fun and engaging competitions and games in the theme of a sport of your choice. (Multiple sports can be chosen).
      • The Alternative Sport package will involve coaches running fun and engaging competitions & games in an Archery, Nerf, Multi-Skills (playground games) or alternative sport of your choice themed party. (Multiple alternative sports can be chosen).

Gold

  • I.G Sports Coaching Ltd will recommend the most suitable venue for your party before booking. Our venues can include;
      • Indoor hall & a welcome/social area that can be used as a base for parents and for food (with kitchen).
      • Outdoor court & a welcome/social area that can be used as a base for parents and for food (with kitchen).
      • Playground and field area during the summer months with a hall that can be used as a base for parents and for food (with kitchen).
      • It is possible to host the parties at your own alternative venue if suitable. There may be an additional charge for delivery of inflatables.
  • The hosting family are welcome to arrive 15 minutes before the party starts, in which time you can set the welcome area up as a base.
  • The party/activities will run for approximately 1 hour & 30 minutes. We will stop half-way through for a drinks break.
  • Once the activities have finished, we allow guests 15 minutes to say goodbyes and exchange presents/hand out party bags.

Platinum

  • I.G Sports Coaching Ltd will recommend the most suitable venue for your party before booking. Our venues can include;
      • Indoor hall & a welcome/social area that can be used as a base for parents and for food (with kitchen).
      • Outdoor court & a welcome/social area that can be used as a base for parents and for food (with kitchen).
      • Playground and field area during the summer months with a hall that can be used as a base for parents and for food (with kitchen).
      • It is possible to host the parties at your own alternative venue if suitable. There may be an additional charge for delivery of inflatables.

  • There are 3 types of platinum packages available: Assault course, Fairground & Bouncy Castle. All packages will be hosted by 2 coaches and can have up to 30 children attend.
      • 1—The Assault Course package contains a 25M inflatable assault course that children can bounce, slide and clamber through in groups whilst other children participate in playground games & competitions (multi-skills games) with a coach.
      • 2—The Fairground package contains giant kerplunk, bouncy castle, target throw, archery & nerf shooting range plus gladiator bash or pillow bash that children will have turns on.
      • 3—The bouncy castle package contains a bouncy castle that children can enjoy in groups whilst other children participate in playground games & competitions (multi-skills games) with a coach.
  • I.G Sports Coaching LTD will supply your birthday invitations (on request) & give the child who’s hosting the birthday party an IG Sports Coaching LTD birthday gift bag.
  • We do not provide food for parties.

Football

  • The Venue IG Sports Coaching Ltd uses for the football package is Selwood Academy 3G Pitch (BA11 3EF).
  • Tiger Turf approved boots must be worn.
  • The hosting family are welcome to arrive 15 minutes before the party starts.
  • The party will run for approximately 2 hours. We will stop every 30 minutes for a quick drinks break.
  • Depending on the party’s needs, either 1 or 2 coaches will host the party with either up to 15 or 30 children attending.
  • I.G Sports Coaching LTD will supply your birthday invitations (on request) & give the child who’s hosting the birthday party an IG Sports Coaching LTD birthday gift bag.
  • We are unable to offer a suitable place to have food after the party. This package only contains the provision of activities.

PLEASE NOTE: We recommend booking your party with at least 6 weeks notice before your desired date to allow for planning (subject to availability). If we do have availability we can accommodate bookings with less than 6 weeks notice.
